Haley Strategic Partners was founded by Travis Haley, and the product line reflects the way he teaches shooting: gear should disappear into the movement instead of dictating it. The company is best known for the D3 family of chest rigs and the Thorax plate carrier system, along with the placards, pouches, and slings that plug into them.
Deliberate Dynamics stocks the Haley Strategic load carriage line for professional and civilian use — D3CRM micro and full-size chest rigs, Thorax plate bags and carriers, Flatpack hydration and assault packs, magazine and utility pouches, and D3 slings. Because the placard interface is shared across the line, a rig can start as a standalone chest rig and later dock straight onto a carrier without rebuilding the loadout.

- Can a Haley Strategic chest rig attach to a plate carrier?
- Yes. D3CR placards are designed to dock to a compatible carrier front using the shared placard interface, and the same rig can be run standalone on its H-harness. The mounting method for each rig is listed in its product description.
- What is the difference between the D3CRM Micro and the full D3CR?
- The Micro carries a lower profile with fewer magazine positions — better under a pack or in a vehicle — while the full D3CR adds capacity and admin space for longer patrols. Capacity is listed on each product page.
