Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes. Deliberate Dynamics is an authorized distributor for the brands we carry, including the Arc'teryx PRO line. Every item ships new, in original packaging, with full manufacturer warranty support handled through us.

Do you sell restricted PRO / LE-only product?

Some PRO-line and duty-restricted items require agency verification before release. If an item is restricted, it is marked on the product page — contact our team and we will process the verification with your unit or department.

Can I order for my agency or unit?

Yes. We handle department, unit, and agency procurement end to end — quotes, purchase orders, tax-exempt billing, and split shipments across duty stations. Submit a request on the LEO/MIL Bids page or call 801.702.9072.

Do you offer bulk or contract pricing?

We build quote packages for bulk and contract buys. Provide the item list, sizes, and quantities and we will return a formal quote your purchasing office can act on.

What if I need help with sizing or layering?

Our fit specialists field-test the layering systems we stock. Call or email with your mission profile, environment, and armor setup and we will spec the right size and layer combination.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Unworn product with original tags can be returned within 30 days. Manufacturer-restricted PRO items may be exchange-only and are marked as such on the product page. See the Returns page for full detail.

Can I order something you do not list on the site?

Often, yes. We can source additional colorways, sizes, and catalog items that are not published online. Use the Custom Order Inquiries page with the manufacturer part number if you have it.

How do I check on an existing order?
