The Airlite Structural Cummerbund is a composite component designed to provide necessary rigidity for the Airlite SPC and AVS plate pouch sets. Its reinforced structure allows for the stable carriage of side plates and heavy equipment without the sagging common in standard cummerbunds. The design is compatible with the Extendable STKSS system, which transfers load weight away from the shoulders and back. Pockets and pouches can be mounted on both the interior and exterior surfaces, and it specifically accommodates AVS-style slide-on pouches without requiring traditional MOLLE weaving.
